Technical Guidelines

Requirements for the Education Positioning System

This site was designed to be viewed on both Apple and Windows based operating systems.

Windows:
Designed for use with Internet Explorer 5.5 and above.
Screen resolution of 1024x768 recommended, pages will need to be scrolled vertically and horizontally at any resolution below this.
If you find it difficult to read the text, try a lower screen resolution.

Macintosh:
Designed for use with Safari, Firefox and Mozilla. You may encounter problems using Internet Explorer.
Screen resolution of 1024x768 recommended, pages will need to be scrolled vertically and horizontally at any resolution below this.
If you find it difficult to read the text, use the font size changing controls within your browser.


Flash:
Extensive use of Flash is used throughout this site. Flash can be downloaded for free from Macromedia.com. Contact your system administrator if you need help with getting flash installed.
